A patch test is a simple procedure that must be conducted before introducing a new
product into your skincare routine, especially for people having sensitive skin. We
recommend first patch testing the product either behind your ear or on your arm. Upon
application if you experience no irritation or reaction for over 48 hours you can go ahead
and patch test the product on a small portion of your face and observe for another 48
hours. If there is no reaction there either, then the product can be considered safe for you
to use.

Once opened, use each product within 6 months, however expiration period of each
product is mentioned at the back of the packaging.

"Fragrance-free" means that a product contains absolutely no fragrance. Most
dermatologists recommend fragrance-free products, since fragrances can cause irritation
for sensitive skin. A product labelled “unscented” may contain subtle masking fragrances.
